Several of our Company Divisions have inventories held separately at World Class Aviation on consignment. As Director of the internal Audit Dept. at Mesa Air Group. I sent my audit these inventories and ensure that the reports sent to us monthly by World Class Aviation were accurate. World Class Aviation sent us monthly reports of what was sold, total amount received, number of parts by part number remaining and check for our share of the amount sold as per our contract.  During the years, each consignment inventory was audited several times. The findings were always the same. The remaining inventory, by part number and quantities were 100% accurate.
